1: Are duty and import taxes covered by the international shipping cost?

No, the shipping cost only covers the cost to ship the item to you. The buyer is responsible for any duty or import fees into their country.

2: Can I make changes to my glove after it’s ordered?

No changes are allowed on custom orders. In order to deliver gloves in a timely manner we are unable to hold orders for changes.

3: Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges on custom made condom?

There are no refunds allowed on any custom made condom. Any complaints and/or issues concerning a custom condom are dealt with on a case by case. There is a 1 year non transferable condom defect warranty on all custom glove orders. If determined a “defective” condom will be either repaired or replaced. Repaired or replacement custom condoms will take the normal amount of turnaround time.

So we recommend clients check carefully before start of the print and produce.

4: What is the wait time for a custom condom?

Custom orders take 4-5 weeks

5: Once my custom condom order ships how long will it take to arrive?

Shipping by air need 5-10 business days; shipping by sea need 3-5 weeks, exact time depend on the distance. So welcome send us your address, we can offer you accordingly.

6: Which material condom you can produce?

Latexand polyurethane, both are popular in market, polyisoprene also is possible, but it’s rare.

7: Which type personal lubricants you can produce?

water based lube, silicone based lube, edible flavor lube, delay lube and the delay spray. welcome send us your own requirements of lube, our engineers also can custom produce for you.

8 : Can condoms provide protection from sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) 100%?

Using a  condom can greatly reduce, but not entirely eliminate risk of HIV and STD transmission. so it’s not 100%.

9 : What is the correct way to use a condom?

A: Make sure the condom within shelf life time  B: Make sure it’s brand new  C: Squeeze the condom tip’s air in use D: Make sure it’s lubricated in use, or add extra lube if dry.
